Dr.K.Laxman himself taking the initiative of registering the names of all those persons who are eligible to vote(above 18) in his constituency(Musheerabad) but have no Voter ID cards. He started his campaign named "MAHA PAADAYAATRA" on 20th Jan'2009, way before the general elections,which was scheduled to be held during the month of April-May 2009.
